What is Online Personal Training? 

Online Personal Training allows you, the individual, to access bespoke training, through an easily to navigate app, anywhere in the world.

An app which provides you with training programmes, meal plans, coaching tips, exercise videos, progress tracking, notifications so you never miss another workout, instant messaging with your PT and so much more.

So if you have a special event coming up, a wedding, a sports event or the birth of a new child, we can use our extensive knowledge to support you every step of the way.

  • How much does it cost?

    Payment if made through Paypal and is a monthly cost of £75. 

  • I'm new to this. Will it be for me?

    There is always trepedation when starting something new. I will use my 16 years of PT experience to make sure you are comfortable and know exactly what you are doing. All exercises come with videos too so you know exactly what to do.

  • Do I need to be a gym member too?

    No. If you do have a gym membership then great. I can plan sessions for you to complete there too. Please be aware though that some goals require the use of weights so not having access to them may hinder your progress.

  • I travel a lot with work. Will I still get results?

    You can log into the app anytime you are away, from anywhere in the world. Just make sure you let me know when you are away and I can ensure your plan adapts accordingly.

  • Is my plan truly bespoke?

    Yes. When we start I will send you some questionaires to complete. These provide me with all the info I need to make your plan specifically for you.

  • Will there be videos?

    All exercises come with videos to make sure you know what you are doing and most importantly are doing them safely.

  • How do you track what I do?

    After each workout you will input data so I know how it has gone and how you are doing. There are also assessment days for you to complete to make sure you are improving.

  • How long does it take to start once signed up?

    Once you have signed up I will send you some forms to complete so I can start to build your programme. This usually takes a maximum of 5 days but can be a lot quicker.

  • How do I cancel if needed?

    Payment is per month via Paypal. Simply cancel your PayPal instruction.

  • Will I exercise everyday?

    That all depends on you. If you have time to then great, but if not, no. This plan is 100% bespoke so will take into account the time you have and what you wish to achieve.

  • How do you know what I eat?

    On my app you can add photos of your food and drink. Alternatively you can link to MyFitness Pal app and upload all info from there. 

  • Is all my info safe?

    All info is completely safe. Only you and I see your info and is not shared online on social media or the website.
